The Oncology Service (TOS), Located in Leesburg, VA, is Seeking a Full-Time, Experienced LVT to Join Our Team as Our Clinical Supervisor.

The Clinical Supervisor position is the role within each TOS location that works with the Site Manager to ensure that every client experience is the best experience possible. This role is 85% technical and 15% administrative.

Technical duties include, but are not limited to, assisting oncologists, acquiring histories, placing IV catheters, blood draws, obtaining radiographs, administering chemotherapy, in‑house lab testing, and client education/communication. This position is primarily Medical Oncology but has the potential for cross training in Radiation Oncology which would include, radiation patient positioning and delivery of treatment plans on the linear accelerator.

Administrative duties include but are not limited to assisting the site manager in establishing hospital standard operating procedures/protocols (SOP) and training protocols for all staff members, overseeing staff schedules with Site Manager, monitoring efficient hospital flow and reporting to site manager with concerns, handling the oversight of client/staff complaints and resolve client communication issues as appropriate while keeping site manager apprised, correct invoices and other record errors in the Ezy Vet platform.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an LVT in a veterinary hospital setting, current Virginia license required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Oncology experience is NOT required.

• The position is 38‑40 hours per week with full‑time benefits. No nights, weekends, or on‑call!!
