Overview
Valor Fleet Services is seeking a full-time HR Assistant to support HR operations across multi-subsidiaries in the transportation & towing industry.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee onboarding and offboarding
- Track onboarding and termination progress using internal workflow systems (e.g., )
- Process, upload, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files
- Coordinate employee setup including system access, uniforms, phones, and equipment in collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure completion and compliance of onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Assist with processing and filing employee forms such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and other HR records as needed
- Maintain organized, up-to-date personnel files and documentation
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as assigned
- Administrative Experience Is Necessary, HR-experience Is Strongly Preferred
- Experience with or similar tools is a plus
- Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Proficiency in task management tools, document tracking and digital filing systems
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
$20 - $25 hourly, depending on experience.
Work EnvironmentOnsite in Leesburg, VA (potentially hybrid)
