North Spring Behavioral Healthcare

• Provide psychotherapy services for residents, including individual, family, and group therapy; schedule and facilitate treatment team reviews and documentation.
• Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision. Coordinate multifamily, group, and family education groups.
• Participate in staff training as needed.
• Provide on‑call and weekend coverage as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, education).
• Preferred:
  Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Subject to pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
