Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Leesburg, Virginia

Schedule: 4–5 days/week, including at least one weekend day

Compensation: $60–$80/hour (flexible based on experience); bonus/commission structure to be determined

**** A growing wellness and aesthetics clinic in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as the primary onsite provider. This role is ideal for a skilled injector with a passion for holistic wellness and a desire to shape the clinical direction of a dynamic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Provide wellness services such as IV therapy, weight loss consultations, and peptide therapies
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and General Manager to develop and implement clinical protocols
• Participate in ongoing training to expand service offerings
• Contribute to a respectful, patient-centered culture focused on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Licensed NP or PA in Virginia (or eligibility for licensure)
• Proven experience as an injector; laser experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
