Looking for steady afternoon hours with a team that truly supports you?Blossom ABA Therapy is currently hiring part-time RBTs to support afternoon cases in Leesburg, VA. If you’re looking for flexible scheduling, consistent clients, and a clinical team that respects your time and effort, this could be a great fit.
At Blossom, we believe RBTs do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and heard. You’ll be matched with cases that fit your availability and backed by a responsive, collaborative clinical team that’s invested in your success.
Pay & Schedule$25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Part-time afternoon cases available now
Opportunity to grow into additional hours if desired
Flexible scheduling with consistent support
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
Collect data and complete session notes
Be a consistent, positive presence for clients and families
Travel to client homes or assigned service locations
Active RBT certification through the BACB
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Attention to detail and a genuine interest in working with children
Previous ABA experience is helpful, but not required
