Residential Therapist – North Spring Behavioral Healthcare
Location: Leesburg, Virginia, approximately 40 miles northwest of Washington DC.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 8–10 kids.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions weekly.
- Offer daily group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure successful discharge.
- Help youth transition safely back into the community.
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in a human services field (psychology, social work, counseling, education).
- Preferred:
Licensed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist). Preference for CSOTP and/or CSAC credentials. - Some experience working with children/adolescents.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Subject to pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
