Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years to include infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity.

We have expanded our customer base to include commercial clients and other federal agencies such as DHS, DoD, and other civilian agencies.

Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Contracts Manager to establish the highest‑level contract strategy and drive implementation of strategic contract opportunities with the most significant impact to the company. The role requires experience with FAR and DFAR guidelines, contract and procurement expertise, and the ability to manage U.S. Federal government contracts/subcontracts while working closely with the internal team (Executive Management, Program Managers, Account Managers, Operations, Project Controllers, etc.).

The Contracts Manager will provide guidance to Senior Leadership regarding contractual requirements IAW applicable Federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, issue, review, and execute Contracts, Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, NDAs, and Consultant Agreements.
  • Evaluate contract/subcontract awards and modifications, identify risks, and provide recommendations for management approval.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to communicate contractual obligations and new or changed requirements, and interpret applicable contract regulations.
  • Setup and maintain all contract information in company systems.
  • Advise Management on changes, modifications, and regulations; distribute contract/subcontract modifications to stakeholders.
  • Manage GSA schedule activities, including submitting proposals, updating terms and conditions, maintaining approved price lists, and preparing for GSA audits.
  • Manage and execute contract and subcontract closeouts; support proposal and business development activities as needed.
  • Work with team members to support back‑office operations and program/project management needs.
  • Review proposal documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations, directives, laws, statutes, and contracting policies.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting accurate company registrations (e.g., small business registrations, reps and certifications).
  • Analyze contract/subcontract terms, insurance, and cost data; summarize information and identify trends.
  • Assure adherence to Quality Assurance policies, standards, and procedures; measure results against standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support company goals and keep support activities running smoothly.
  • Schedule and work with Management and customers to complete operational requirements; follow up on work results.
  • Participate in special company projects as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years professional experience in all facets of Federal Contracts/Subcontract management and administration.
  • 7+ years knowledge and experience working with FAR/DFAR and other applicable Federal guidelines and policies.
  • Strong administrative and process management skills with an emphasis on detail and improvement.
  • Leadership skills: enthusiastic self‑starter who can assist subordinate staff.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with co‑workers, executive management, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to listen, anticipate, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work remotely in cross‑functional teams and meet deadlines with high‑quality work.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with government contracts.
  • Ability to contribute to training initiatives for proposal, program, or contract personnel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, models, data analysis).
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
