Valor Fleet Services is seeking a full-time Entry‑Level Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Leesburg, VA. As a private equity–backed company in the transportation and towing industry, we are experiencing significant growth and are looking for motivated recent graduates who want hands‑on experience and long‑term career development.

This role offers strong foundational accounting experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment while working directly with senior accounting leadership.

• Perform high‑volume, detailed daily bank reconciliations (primary responsibility)
• Assist with general ledger entries and month‑end close processes
• Support tow software call reconciliation
• Assist with inventory and fixed asset tracking
• Provide administrative and entry‑level accounting support to the Senior Staff Accountant
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage repetitive, process‑driven tasks with accuracy
• Quick Books experience is a plus
• Must be able to work onsite in Leesburg, VA

• $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
