Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Location: Leesburg VA

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Compensation: $85K- 90K (depending on experience)

• Supervise daily Accounts Receivable operations including billing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AR Specialists/Analysts
• Review aging reports and drive collection strategy to reduce DSO and improve cash flow
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Contracts, Project Accounting, etc.) to resolve billing discrepancies
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with contract terms or customer agreements
• Oversee cash application process and ensure proper posting to the GL
• Support month-end close, AR reconciliations, and audit requests
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal controls

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable / Billing experience
• 1–2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, Net Suite, Oracle, or similar preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
• Experience with complex billing environments (Gov Con, project-based, or multi-entity highly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
