Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting functions, and assisting with reconciliations and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in accounting software, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

• Prepare and post general ledger entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Assist with tow software call reconciliation
• Support inventory tracking and fixed asset management
• Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processes
• Monitor and support sales tax compliance and reporting
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Leesburg, Virginia
