We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings and facilities. You will work on projects ranging from office spaces and retail locations to Mobile home parks and multi-unit developments, ensuring all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with electrical codes and company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and components to diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Install and service electrical panels, lighting systems, transformers, and power distribution systems.
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and performance.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendent, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of work performed.
• Lead a crew of helpers and delegate tasks to facilitate getting projects completed in an efficient and timely manner.

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training or electrical apprenticeship preferred
• Valid state Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
• Industrial / control wiring experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to electrical work
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs, with or without assistance
• Stand, walk, and work 8–12 hours per day on varied terrain (indoors, outdoors, heights, and construction sites)
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, reach, climb, and balance
• Perform manual labor tasks including installing wiring, equipment, fixtures, panels, and conduit
• Repetitive use of hands, arms, shoulders, and back; sustained grip strength required
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and dust
• Exposure to high noise levels, vibration, and construction materials
• Work around heavy equipment, moving machinery, and live electrical systems
• Ability to see, hear, and respond to job site hazards, alarms, radios, and verbal instructions

• Ability to work extended hours, overtime, weekends, and travel as required by project schedules
• Maintain physical stamina for daily, repetitive manual labor
• Perform all duties while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
