Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer opportunities—whether from the showroom, phone, internet, or service drives—with a strong focus on maximizing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in relationship-building, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Floor Managers, and the dealership's Management Team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Handle all inbound customer traffic (showroom, phone, internet)
Execute a structured daily sales plan including:
Sold & Unsold Follow-up
Service Drive Prospecting
Orphan & Referral Outreach
Utilize CRM (eLead) to track and manage leads effectively
Respond promptly to internet leads using auto-responders and personalized templates
Set and confirm appointments to increase show and close rates
Conduct thorough needs assessments
Guide clients through vehicle selection with support from Floor Managers
Present and demonstrate vehicles based on client needs
Handle deal structuring and paperwork accurately
Deliver sold vehicles and schedule first service appointments
Conduct consistent follow-up to increase retention and referral business
Execute automated follow-up (e.g., service reminders, vehicle anniversaries, recalls)
Engage in renewal and repeat business efforts
Proven automotive sales experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive, customer-first attitude
Understanding of relevant federal, state, and local sales laws
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and reach throughout the workday
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors
Capable of conducting vehicle demonstration drives (valid driver’s license required)
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
