• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure food safety.
• Assist in the inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in kitchen prep and cleaning duties as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with training new staff.

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Passion for food and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
