Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and develop and execute a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them establish goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick‑service or restaurant locations.
- Background in hospitality, retail or quick‑service restaurants strongly desired.
- Strong leadership, communication and team‑building skills.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.
