As a LPN with Arden Healthcare Inc., you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and provide ongoing care and support. • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care services, including medication management, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress and changes in condition
  
  Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques

• Current active license to practice as a LPN in the state of Florida
• 1 year of experience as a LPN
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
