We are seeking an experienced OR Manager who is committed to collaboration, excellence, and patient‑centered care.

The Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Director, is responsible for scheduling employees and coordinating patient flow and room turnover, overseeing supply and equipment management, coordinating training and orientation of new personnel, assisting in staff development, monitoring the departmental environment to ensure safe patient care, and evaluating and disciplining employees and/or making effective recommendations regarding the same.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Current Florida RN license required
• CNOR certification required within 2 years of hire
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Perioperative Services
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Nursing Management
