As the Overnight Cleaner, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all facility areas to ensure an outstanding member experience.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all common areas (restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, Black Card Spa) according to Planet Fitness cleaning standards.
• Vacuum floor surfaces and operate the floor scrubber machine per schedule.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans/cleaning centers.
• Replenish supplies and paper products as needed and communicate inventory needs to the Club Manager.
• Clean/dust items high off the ground (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters).
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
• Operate washing machine and dryer.
• Maintain cleaning equipment (clean mop bucket, empty vacuum bags).
• Greet members/guests, assist with questions or concerns, and help with check‑in.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiriesілген.
• Execute retail transactions accurately and drive sales goals.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to a Manager as needed.
• Perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas to quickly fix any safety, policy or cleanliness issues.

• Ability to work the overnight shift.
• Cleaning and sanitizing experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and moving throughout the club during shift.
• Constant in‑person or phone communication.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Exposure to toxic chemicals during shift.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Flexibility to bend, twist and change positions as required.
