Overview

Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai is located on the Huangpu River in Shanghai’s Lujiazhi financial district, opposite the Bund. Guests can walk from the hotel to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, SICEC and IFC Mall. The hotel offers 8 restaurants and bars, such as Gui Hua Lou (a Chinese restaurant), Jade on 36 (French restaurant with panoramic views of the Bund), and Yi Café (buffet).

We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Guest Floor to join our Housekeeping team.

• Maintain and clean guest rooms as well as replenish room supplies. Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy.
• Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department.

• Preferably has relevant hospitality experience
• Has strong interpersonal skills
• Is a self-starter and a team player
