- Monitor various queues related to prepping, scanning, and indexing.
- Monitor the system, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support to ensure ongoing satisfaction for all users.
- Support workflow and manage the document capture process.
- Participate in user training and understand the integration of the systems that affect department operations.
NOTE: This position is in a call center environment.
EducationPost‑High School Special Training / Some College. High School Diploma / GED.
Licensure / Certification / RegistrationValid driver’s license.
Special Skills / Qualifications / Additional Training / Experience RequiredReasoning, mathematical, and language skills at the high school level plus some college/technical training. Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks. Travel between campuses may be required.
ExperienceTwo years of Health Information Management (HIM) experience preferred.
Other RequirementsMust be able to read, speak, and write English.
