Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Behavioral Health Technician role based in Leesburg, FL. In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your duties will include implementing behavior intervention plans, tracking progress, collecting data, and supporting the development of social, communication, and life skills.
The role involves working collaboratively with families and team members to promote meaningful behavior changes and positive outcomes for clients.
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Strong skills in Communication and Behavioral Intervention
- Knowledge of Psychology and its application in behavior modification
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and accurately collect data
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) is a plus
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Leesburg, FL
