• Provide care and companionship to the agency’s clients in accordance with the care plan and client service agreement
• Assist client with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner
• Perform light housekeeping as required
• May be required to take client to appointment or run errands
• Must complete 12 hours of company‑provided training per year
• Paid drive‑time plus mileage reimbursement between two clients on the same day
• One week of Paid Time Off per Year
• Sunday Premium Pay: $2 over your regular rate (some restrictions apply)

• Holiday Pay (1.5x your regular rate) on nine holidays annually

• Virginia CNA License or CNA/PCA certificate from a program approved by the Va. Board of Nursing
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
• Must pass national and multi‑jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
• Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Must be able to read and speak English fluently

Compensation: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Drive‑time and Mileage reimbursement

Paid drive‑time between clients - if you visit two clients in one day, we pay you for the drive time at your regular hourly rate.

Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate - in addition to paying your time, we pay your mileage between clients

Paid Time Off
