- Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
- Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
- Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
- Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current Florida PTA license (or eligible)
- CPR certification
- Passion for patient‑centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to grow professionally in a supportive environment
