• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current Florida PTA license (or eligible)
• CPR certification
• Passion for patient‑centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to grow professionally in a supportive environment
