Beacon College, Leesburg, FL. Lead. Teach. Transform. Empower Neurodivergent Collegians. Beacon College invites applications for a Program Director and Faculty, Early Childhood and Elementary Education
. This senior role combines academic leadership, curriculum development, teaching, and community partnership building to establish a nationally competitive program preparing students for meaningful careers in early childhood settings and elementary education and service settings.
- Design, launch, and grow the EMCE program and associate-level offerings, aligned with national early childhood standards.
- Develop and teach undergraduate courses emphasizing play-based learning, early literacy, child guidance, and family engagement.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty; manage program resources and budget.
- Build partnerships with early learning centers and community agencies to provide practicums, fieldwork, and experiential learning.
- Advise students on academic pathways and career development, modeling inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming pedagogy.
- Doctoral degree in Education (Early Childhood or Elementary preferred).
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in early childhood or higher education.
- Proven success designing curriculum and leading academic programs.
- Experience partnering with early childhood centers or related organizations.
- Preferred: administrative experience, supporting neurodivergent learners, and developing experiential learning programs.

CompensationSalary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
