Position Summary

The Physician Assistant (PA) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a clinical setting, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. This role focuses on medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, patient education, and care coordination to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions under established clinical protocols
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
  • Provide patient and family education, counseling, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate referrals and transitions of care across specialties and services
  • Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Adhere to evidence-based practice, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred, if applicable)
Licensure & Certifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
