Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of specific division operations, making daily operational decisions.Responsible for the operation and maintenance of assigned projects and the necessary associates and equipment by which to complete; responsible for recommending materials needed for work projects and estimating general associated costs, when required.Responsible for the supervision and training of junior staff.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or its equivalent.Five years of previous experience in an industry related position or craft, which includes one to two years of supervisory experience.Must complete division-specific training as directed.Additional qualifications dependent on department needs.Must obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement within six months of hire.Must have obtained a Class A Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement and HAZMAT or can obtain/retain HAZMAT endorsement within six months of hire, where applicable.Must submit to/pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
