The Site Manager provides a superior i9 Sports experience and oversees game‑day operationsuitive at a venue. The role requires high energy, organization, and strong problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. A customer‑service mindset and the ability to “wow” customers are a plus.
Responsibilities- Field set up and breakdown for game‑day events
- Manage and supervise part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise overall operation of the venue, ensuring programs run on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
- Organizeagraph game‑day equipment and ensure venue cleanliness
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- HighlyМин motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
- Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and evenings, for the entireyles season (7 weeks)
