Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are seeking a dedicated Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Lees Summit, MO. In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, uphold workplace safety standards, and contribute to operational excellence.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing repair work on a variety of equipment and machinery
• Experience with maintenance processes and techniques to ensure equipment reliability
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Customer service skills, including effective communication and a focus on quality service
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and the ability to follow safety guidelines
• Technical aptitude and a willingness to keep up‑to‑date with new tools and technologies
• Previous experience in a technician or maintenance role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training is a plus
