Overview
Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) is seeing an onsite Records Quality Assurance Lead to serve as the site lead, overseeing independent quality control (QC) inspections for files digitized to support USCIS's enterprise records scanning initiative. This position is tasked with performing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks on digitized immigration records to verify their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
Candidates should have three to ten years of experience in records management QA/QC and be capable of independently interpreting and applying complex regulatory and technical guidelines.
- Ensuring that all documents from paper files are clearly digitized.
- Using the KWIC QA queue in Kofax to review electronic images, with access to both physical and electronic files associated with the KWIC QA queue.
- The project manager must have at least six months of QC program management experience, as well as at least one year of direct experience and knowledge of NARA guidelines and policies.
Hourly Range: $18-21/hr

Credential: Must have ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
