Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit
Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lees Summit is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Progressive Care Unit.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU
Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Days
Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist. Intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available ra incentives available for picking up additional shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
- Perform patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff.
- Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.
- Consult with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
- Associate Degree.
