In Lee’s Summit, MO, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator ensures the accurate, timely, and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This role coordinates logistics, verifies documentation, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports operational workflows to meet customer and organizational requirements. The position serves as a key link between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to guarantee smooth material flow and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure all shipments are tracked and processed accurately and on time.
- Pull and stage equipment orders; retrieve equipment from inventory and stage it for shipment according to schedule and specifications.
- Collaborate with Inventory Asset team to confirm all orders are shipped on the designated dates.
- Verify documentation and accuracy by checking shipment documents, packing lists, and system entries.
- Work with Equipment Support Team to assist with refurbishment of blenders and preparation of tradeshow equipment for shipment.
- Maintain inventory records by updating systems to reflect shipped and received equipment items promptly.
- Inspect shipments to confirm quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Assist the fulfillment team with pulling and packaging orders when needed and provide exceptional support to sales, call center, and fulfillment teams.
- Assist in inventory counts of spare parts and equipment; maintain a safe and clean work area and perform periodic maintenance.
- Assist with projects that may include light fabrication and design work; follow all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely; perform other duties as requested by management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant manner; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Prior assembly experience or technical background; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and calm under pressure; strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Great interpersonal skills; team-oriented with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Strong computer skills; ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.
- Fork lift experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate
$37,138.00 - $50,246.00
