Automotive Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all new car operations, including inventory management, pricing, and sales performance.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
  • Partner with finance, service, and marketing departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales and merchandising strategies aligned with manufacturer programs and dealership goals.
  • Utilize data and key performance metrics to make informed decisions that enhance growth and profitability.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and promoting long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of automotive sales management experience, preferably in new car operations.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving volume and gross profit goals.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturer programs, incentives, and dealership sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative, integrity-driven approach that aligns with Cable Dahmer’s core values.
