Wilshire Rehab and Healthcare Center is hiring an ADON - Assistant Director Of Nursing / Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility. The person will work in conjunction with the Director of Nursing Services in managing Nursing Services, with strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and energy to strive for excellence in our facilities.

• Primary responsibility for supervising areas of Nursing Services including staffing and operations.
• Staff performance.
• Quality assurance activities.
• Timeliness of MDS data entry and submission.
• Nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation.
• Resident accident/incident reporting and resident abuse investigations.
• In the absence of the Director of Nursing Services, the Assistant Director of Nursing Services manages Nursing Services.
