Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager with scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining documentation.
- Customer communication
- Schedule measures with customers
- Measure for job/material ordering
- Design drawings
- Fill out order forms and submit them for production
- Keep customers informed weekly of job progress.
- Receive materials at the warehouse
- Quality Control on installations
- Assist in the breakdown of completed jobs costs and review them against the sales contract
- Assist in the review job pay sheets for subcontractors
- Miscellaneous items needed to get the project completed on time and within budget.
- Keep outlook calendar updated.
- Keep projects updated in Lead Perfection.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Minimum of two (2) years, full-time experience in residential improvement projects.
- Professional degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with AutoCAD is required
- Hands-on experience in residential remodeling as a carpenter or other trades person.
- Excellent communication skills dealing with customers.
- Working knowledge of residential construction, techniques and systems; and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
