Job Details:

• Work 13-week assignment with three 12-hour night shifts per week from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

• Maintain 1:5 patient ratio consistently across all shifts

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred

• Complete 8 weekend shifts during facility's 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

• Take on holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed per unit requirements

• Float regularly between departments, units, and facilities as needed

• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS preferred

• Work with diverse patient population including stroke, heart failure, respiratory failure, pneumonia, post-surgical patients, and renal failure cases

• Manage telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips without titration, heparin protocols, and blood product administration

• Perform IV therapy, central line care, PICC line management, wound care, and high flow nasal cannula management

• Use Epic charting system for documentation

• Complete 12 hours of orientation and pre-start modules

• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract period

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed

• Must maintain Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact state license

• Two professional references required from within the past year
