HVAC Customer Service Representative - Seasonal - Family-Owned

Are you calm under pressure, organized, and energized by helping people?

We’re a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we’re looking for a seasonal Customer Service Representative to help us deliver a smooth, professional experience during our busiest months.

This is not a “sit and answer phones” job. You are the first impression of our company and the traffic controller for our field team.

• Answer inbound service calls with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service appointments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
• Confirm upcoming appointments and manage reschedules
• Enter accurate job notes and customer details in our system
• Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
• Support the team during peak heating and cooling seasons

• Strong attention to detail
• Calm and confident in high-volume environments
• Clear, friendly phone communication
• Comfortable using software and learning new systems
• Team-first mindset
• Willingness to help wherever needed

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus — but not required. We will train the right person.

Seasonal position aligned with peak HVAC demand (spring/summer and/or fall/winter).

Monday–Friday schedule with occasional flexibility during peak periods.
