Customer Service Rep

Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. This dispatching position plays a critical role in supporting both our technicians and our customers by ensuring schedules run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time dispatching role. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

In this customer service position, you will focus on meeting daily sales targets by maximizing job potential and capacity. You will schedule the appropriate technician for each job to ensure customer needs are met with the right expertise. Throughout the day, you will remain in regular communication with both customers and technicians, keeping schedules updated, addressing changes, and ensuring that operations remain on track.
