A dynamic, high‑energy role in which you create a welcoming, judgment‑free environment, engage members, and support club operations at Planet Fitness.

• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.
• Assist members with enrollment, tours, and Black Card benefits.
• Provide courteous greetings and farewells, and support the team at the welcome desk.
• Promote fitness classes and encourage new and existing members to join.
• Serve as a positive role model and lead by passion and fun.
• Adapt to a variable schedule including weekends, holidays, and varying shift times.
• Support club operations and help create “raving fans.”

• Minimum 18 years of age (verified birthdate).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Passion for helping others and strong communication skills.
• Reliability and on‑time dependability.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and handle hazardous chemicals.

• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling at least 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, twisting, or crouching regularly.
