Job Purpose & ScopeThe Senior Treasury Reporting Manager is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant treasury, prudential and regulatory reporting. The role oversees capital, liquidity and interest rate risk reporting, regulatory submissions, and hedge accounting, while maintaining strong controls, ensuring data integrity and monitoring regulatory change. It also leads key reporting to ALCO, manages system developments, supports year-end capital processes and provides guidance and development to team members.

Key Responsibilities ALCO/ALM Reporting
- Ensure accuracy of capital, liquidity and interest rate risk reporting, including all supporting files
- Responsible for completeness and accuracy of ALMIS balance sheet
- Preparation and review of IRRBB reporting
- Review and monitor risk appetite and operating limit reporting to ALCO and ARC
- Preparation of ALCO deck, summarising performance against risk appetites and limits and highlighting areas of concern
- Maintain and operate liquidity stress testing model
- Own the control environment for Prudential Reporting, ensure testing is completed to time and where shortcomings are identified that a plan of action is developed and delivered to time
- Engage with UK Finance and assist the Head of Treasury & Financial Planning with the preparation of responses to PRA policy statements / consultation papers either on direct behalf of the Bank or as part of a wider response from UK Finance
- Oversee the regulatory reporting process, perform first level review and ensure all returns are submitted accurately and on time
- Prepare or review all Finance owned regulatory returns including COREP/FINREP, PRA
110, BoE statistical and other PRA reporting - Production and review of regulatory reporting governance papers (assumptions and interpretation documents)
- Keep informed of changing business operations and adjust prudential returns as needed
- Monitor regulatory changes and update/amend working papers/regulatory templates accordingly
- Continuously improve the quality of data and documentation supporting the regulatory returns
- Responsible for hedge accounting month end reporting and journal •
- Maintenance of hedge accounting documentation
- Responsible for sign off and accuracy of monthly data tape submission to BoE
- RCSA controls testing process
- Responsible for integrity of ALMIS system, management of upgrades and system development
- Train and develop the Treasury Analyst and Regulatory Reporting Accountant
- Engage with Internal Audit on any relevant pieces of work
- Ad hoc projects
- Advanced understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA are preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered.
