Smart Solutions are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Skip & RoRo Driver to join our team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and respected waste management company that values professionalism, safety, and career progression.

• Operating Class 2 vehicles to complete skip and RoRo collections and deliveries of waste materials
• Ensuring the safe loading, transport, and unloading of waste containers
• Following all site safety protocols and road compliance standards
• Delivering excellent service to customers and representing the company professionally
• Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Planning and following efficient routes to ensure timely collections
• Completing all collection, delivery, and incident documentation accurately
• Communicating professionally with customers and handling on‑site queries

• Valid Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience with Skips and/or RoRo (preferred but not essential)
• Must have 1+ years experience working in waste and skip experience
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• A safety-focused, positive, and reliable work ethic
• Strong route planning and navigation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Committed to safety, compliance, and service excellence

• Temp to perm opportunity with long‑term stability
• Bonus payments: £250 after 4 weeks + £250 after 8 weeks
• Regular working hours:
  Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Overtime paid at enhanced pay available
