Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for international trade and logistics? We are seeking an Export Coordinator to be the main point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional export services and helping grow our business in the UK and overseas.

As part of our dynamic Export department, you’ll work closely with colleagues, shipping lines, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth, efficient shipments across LCL, FCL, Airfreight, RoRo, and Road freight.

What You’ll Do  
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, growing new and existing business opportunities.
Negotiate competitive freight rates and provide accurate quotations, maximizing profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Manage bookings and monitor shipments from start to finish, keeping clients updated and resolving any issues efficiently.
Ensure all customs documentation is complete and accurate, issuing clearance instructions promptly.
Arrange UK deliveries via Container LCL, Airfreight, or Road freight from nominated load points to final destinations.
Prepare invoices, check purchase invoices, and maintain organized, easily retrievable files.
Identify sales opportunities and assist in business development under the guidance of GM/Directors.
Participate in training to continuously develop your export, logistics, and customs expertise.  What We’re Looking For  
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in freight forwarding, export coordination, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of LCL/FCL, Airfreight, RoRo, and Road freight shipping processes.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
