Observing Your Impact
  • Leading and coaching your team to deliver exceptional planning and performance.
  • Driving KPI improvements and managing transport planning metrics to maximise cost‑efficiency and service.
  • Acting as a super user for route scheduling and optimisation systems, leveraging data‑led insights.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers to improve service levels.
  • Delivering logistics projects focused on digitisation, system enhancement, and operational simplification.
What Will Make You Successful

We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in transport planning and logistics. You will combine technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Hold a university degree in logistics, warehousing, or management.
  • Have at least three years of management experience, preferablyнад within a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Bring over six years of advanced expertise in transport planning systems such as Ortec, Paragon, or Aptean.
  • Have strong analytical skills and experience in data manipulation and presentation using tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while driving performance and process optimisation.
