Reporting to the General Manager – Maintenance Control
, you’ll take responsibility for the control and coordination of maintenance activities across all operational aircraft in the  fleet, directly supporting our industry‑leading On Time Performance targets.

• Initiating corrective actions for delays and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, ensuring prompt rectification and minimal disruption.
• Acting as a key link between Engineers and Operational Teams, coordinating technical assistance and spares.
• Issuing Line Maintenance Work Requests and assessing workforce requirements.
• Ensuring planned maintenance is completed as scheduled.
• Monitoring fleet technical status and responding effectively to emerging operational challenges.

• CAA/EASA B1 Licence, with current approvals on B737 and/or A320 aircraft (desirable).
• Strong experience in aviation maintenance and planning activities.
• A proactive mindset with proven problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise across all levels of the business.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, working with both internal and external customers.
