Immediate Powered Pallet Truck Starts

Our client is seeking experienced Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) Drivers to join their team with immediate starts available in the Sherburn in Elmet area (LS25).

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting experienced Powered Pallet Truck Drivers. In this role, you will operate a Powered Pallet Truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will also be responsible for carrying out daily equipment checks to ensure the truck is in safe working condition and reporting any issues to a supervisor.

Counterbalance FLT experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Pallet Truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise

• Complete daily equipment checks

• Report any faults or issues to the supervisor

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous Powered Pallet Truck experience

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Assessment and training provided immediately

Shifts Available

• Days: 3 on / 3 off – 06:00 to 18:00

• Nights: 3 on / 3 off – 18:00 to 06:00
Pay Rates
• £13.31 p/h – £14.31 p/h

• Overtime: £17.76 p/h

FLT assessments are available over the next 2–3 weeks. Successful candidates will receive a full year’s rota.
There are no shift cancellations.
