Freight Forwarding Operator – Imports / Exports (Air, Road & Sea)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious freight forwarding company based in Morley, Leeds, looking to add an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator to their expanding team.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with solid industry experience who can confidently manage imports or exports across air, road, and sea freight.

• Managing end-to-end import and/or export shipments
• Handling air, road, and sea freight movements
• Liaising with customers, overseas agents, and carriers
• Preparing, checking, and managing shipping documentation
• Ensuring customs compliance and smooth delivery of shipments

• Previous experience within the freight forwarding industry
• Strong knowledge of import or export operations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
