About the Role
We are looking for reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our growing transport team in the Leeds area. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the UK, ensuring a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Class 1 vehicles in compliance with UK road laws and company policies
- TRUNKING - Sunday - Thursday Afternoon starts
- £17.50 - £22.50PH
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and digital tachograph records
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and colleagues
- Safely secure loads and follow site-specific procedures
- Valid Category C+E (Class
1) licence - Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months experience preferred (new passes considered depending on role)
- Clean driving record or no more than 6 points
- Good communication skills and a commitment to safety
