• Lead Development Efforts:
  Take charge of the front-end development process, guiding the technical direction and architecture of our projects.
• Enhance Core Projects:
  Work on key initiatives using React, Next.js, and JavaScript, ensuring our solutions are cutting‑edge, robust, and scalable.
• Collaborate and Inspire:
  Partner with cross‑functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, setting new standards for web development.
• Drive Innovation:
  Implement new features and improvements using React and Next.js to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Build and Maintain Design Systems:
  Develop and manage component libraries and design systems, ensuring consistency and reusability across projects.
• Storybook Expertise:
  Utilize Storybook to document, test, and showcase UI components, enabling seamless collaboration with design and development teams.
• Mentorship & Leadership:
  Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Stay at the Forefront:
  Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in front‑end development, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve.

• Extensive experience in front‑end development, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your leadership in delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in React and JavaScript, with in‑depth knowledge of server‑side rendering, Next.js, and modern frontend tools and libraries.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Hands‑on experience with Storybook for UI component documentation and testing.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, and driving best practices.
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross‑browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing, user‑friendly applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
