Location: Hybrid – Manchester / Leeds 3 days on site per week, 2 days remote

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who is excited about building and maintaining a Salesforce environment that truly makes a difference to our business. You will have a proven skillset that spans the full declarative tool set and be an evangelist for Salesforce within the business. You will be a strong team player who thrives on highly collaborative projects.

You will join our Salesforce Dev Ops team that is responsible for architecting, building, and supporting our Operational IT systems. You will be expected to help drive our adoption of Salesforce and provide first-class support to our customers. You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle from inception to ongoing support and monitoring. At each phase, you will be expected to make a positive impact on our deliverables to aid the business in making the most of its investment in Salesforce technologies.

  Manage user provisioning, roles, profiles, permission sets, and SSO policies. Configure Service Cloud features:
  Case management, Omni‑Channel routing, Queues, Milestones/Entitlements, Knowledge, and digital channels including MIAW. Implement Service Cloud Voice: set up telephony integration, call routing, transcription, and real‑time call insights. Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, Approvals), Lightning pages, dynamic forms, an

  Configure Einstein Bots, Einstein Case Classification, and Next Best Action for predictive and prescriptive service workflows. Deploy Agentforce capabilities: AI‑driven agent assistance, real‑time guidance, and productivity tools. Monitor AI model performance, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy
