We're already working with customers like Sunday (payments solution for hospitality customers), and are looking to expand across Fin Tech and eCommerce in particular.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Software Engineer with full‑stack experience, with a focus on backend development, who is excited to help shape and scale a fast‑growing product.

In this role, you will:

• Drive Equali’s technical and product evolution as we scale.
• Build and enhance the full stack: integrate with external systems (e.g. payment providers, ERPs), expand backend services, contribute to the frontend dashboard, and develop our infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams and external partners to ensure the product solves real problems and delivers clear value.
• Take ownership of features from design through to deployment and monitoring.

• Passion for building customer‑centric products in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong software development experience with Python and Django in a professional environment.
• Solid understanding of AWS services—ideally including S3, Transfer Family, EC2 and RDS.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence interacting with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
