An established financial services organisation are looking for a Senior Developer to play a key role in driving the technical direction of projects and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Leading technology initiatives from concept through to delivery
• Collaborating with project teams to plan, estimate, and deliver appropriate technical solutions
• Contributing to technical design and architectural decisions
• Identifying opportunities for improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Creating maintain, and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures

• Experience working with Salesforce
• Pro track record of delivering complex technical solutions
• Strong experience with enterprise-level infrastructure, systems and applications
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms and/or SaaS solutions
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• Salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience)
