ACBS SME

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) applications using LANSA (RDML/RDMLX) to meet evolving business requirements.
• Create reusable components, utilities, and robust APIs to enable efficient ACBS integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Customize ACBS modules to support comprehensive loan servicing functions, including facilities, settlements, accruals, interest, and fee processing.
• Participate actively in ACBS version upgrade and migration initiatives (e.g., migrating from v6 to v8 or higher), ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ACBS applications, interfaces, and overall system performance to maintain high availability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution and continuous improvement of ACBS solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, integrations, and migration processes.

• Deep expertise in ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) with demonstrated hands‑on experience.
• Proven experience in commercial loans domain, particularly in servicing, settlements, accruals, and fee processing.
• Proficient in LANSA development (RDML/RDMLX) for ACBS applications.
• Strong background in designing and developing reusable components, utilities, and APIs for system integrations.
• Experience participating in ACBS version upgrades and migration projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a track record of resolving complex application and interface issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience working within large‑scale financial services environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking technology.
• Effective communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
• Project management or Agile delivery experience is a plus.
